How to add a product subtitle/cutline

Product subtitles are a great way of giving quick, succint context about a product. Talk about key features, benefits or ingredients/composition.

• Navigate to Settings > Custom data > Products

• Select Add definition

• Start typing out Subtitle and select the standard Product subtitle metafield that is suggested to you (the metafield namespace and key must be the default descriptors.subtitle)

• Now go into each product in the Admin to add a subtitle under Product metafields:

• Ensure your theme is updated to display those subtitles in Product cards and on the product template.
