How to add product recommendations

Product recommendations appear as related products and complementary products on the product template.

Related products section. By default, these products are auto-generated by Shopify but they can be overridden using the Search & Discovery app.

Here, the Knotted T-Shirt appears as a complementary product.

To edit and display these product recommendations:

• Install Shopify Search & Discovery app

• Once the app is installed, navigate to Recommendations

• Navigate to a product and edit the complementary products and/or related products sections

• To add the Related products section: in the Customizer, navige to the product template and add the Related products section.

• To add complementary products: in the Customizer, under the Product section, add the Complementary products block.
