Cart

These are the global settings for the cart, whether you choose a cart drawer or a cart page.

• Cart type: You can choose between a cart drawer or a cart page. Using a cart drawer can help to minimize user friction and increase purchases by allowing users to stay on the same page. A cart page can give a better overview of complex products as it has more space.

• Show vendor: Enable the show vendor option to display the vendor in the cart. This can be useful for department type stores that sell products sourced from various vendors.

• Show cart note: Enable the show cart note option to allow customers to add a custom note to their order. This can be useful for made-to-order products, customization, etc.

• Continue shopping link: This link shows when the cart is empty, and can help redirect your customers to a desired purchasing flow if they land on an empty cart page.

Free shipping message

Allows you to display a dynamic free shipping message at the top of the cart when it is not empty. This setting applies to both the cart drawer and the cart page.

• Show free shipping message: Enable the free shipping message by toggling this option.

• Free shipping threshold: Set your threshold, for example 150 if your free shipping discount if set to that amount in your store's currency. The theme automatically converts the presentment currency using Shopify's currency conversion rate. For example, if a customer adds a product to cart that is the equivalent to $150 based on Shopify's conversion, they will see the free shipping message. Note that there might be small variations in the remaining spend calculation, however the free shipping threshold should reflect what is applied at checkout.

• Optional: Modify the message in the theme content editor. Ensure you keep the curly braces around {{ amount }}like so: You are {{ amount }} away from free shipping

Cart count

The cart count is located in the header, next to the cart button or link.

• Show cart count at zero: Disabling this option will hide the current cart count from the header if it is at 0.

• Style: You can configure the badge style to display the cart count as either plain text (with brackets) or as a badge, which uses the button styles of the selected color scheme.

• Badge border radius: This allows you to control the level of roundedness for the cart badge.
